REGISTRATION

You need to have registered an account with LOOP in order to use some of it's facilities. An account is free of charge and simple to set up. Once you have filled in the form you will be able to upload videos, place aircraft for sales advertising and manage any subscriptions to LOOP.

If you had signed up on the previous LOOP website we are asking you to re-enter your details to ensure that your free subscription to LOOP the newspaper continues.

If at any point you wish to terminate your account then please send an email to unsubscribe@loop.aero with your email and postal address if you are wishing to stop the postal copies as well.

COMMON ISSUES WITH LOOPTV

The movies seem to stop and start
As all our movies are streamed to you over the internet they can sometimes take a while for the information requested from our website to reach you, this will vary depending on the speed of your connection. If the movies do not play or are stopping and starting then press the pause button on the player (bottom left hand corner) and wait for the movie to buffer for a few minuites. You should then be able to view the movie.

I can't hear the video
There is a volume control on the player as well as your computer. Do check the settings on your computer to ensure your volume control is at an adequate level.

I've got a great movie that I want everyone to see
If you have a movie that you would like to share of an aircraft, a tour out or general flying funny then we want to see it. If you create an account with LOOP you will be able to upload your own footage for people to see and rate. Click here to create your account and upload your first video.

I can't seem to upload my video
We currently have a 20mb limit on videos that you can upload. Please check that your file is below this size.

If you are still not sure if it has uploaded correctly then do contact us with the title of your movie and we can check to see it is all ok.
